If you have ordered any product from our online store and received the wrong one, we apologies for this inconvenient and you are more than welcome to an exchange or refund.

No, for the time being, we only ship bath vanities, bath accessories and kitchen furnishing products to any location inside USA.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive – by email- an order tracking number for each product in the shipment. You can use this tracking number to follow up the order with our customer services team.

If you need to receive your products by a certain date you should give

our customer services team a call so they can confirm the delivery date upon your request.

Once your order is finalized and the payment processed it cannot be changed.

However, the order can be canceled.

  • If you would like to cancel your order please contact us on +1 201-250-8899 as soon as possible.
  • If you canceled your order before it is dispatched, you will receive a full refund.
  • If the items have already been sent then your order can no longer be cancelled. Please follow the return process once your order arrives and please note that your delivery fee will not be refunded.

 

No – You don’t have to register in order to purchase from Decors U.S Online Store.

However, Registration is a very easy and quick step and has the below benefits:

  • You can easily check your order status and track your shipment.
  • You don’t need to enter your address and other required information every time you shop because these data are saved for you.
  • You can choose to be updated by mail on our bath and kitchen furnishing products and latest discounts. However, you can control the types of email that you would like to receive and also you can unsubscribe from email at any time.
  • You can add products to your wish list so you can easily find them when you come back again to the site.

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Decors account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

Members who ship their orders within the USA should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.
